Tell us about the job.

We quote off the room, not off a guess. Everything below takes about two minutes, and the more of it you fill in, the closer the number comes back to the final one. Nothing here is a commitment.

4 Photos

This is the single thing that tightens a quote the most. Useful shots: the wall where the indoor unit would go, the outside wall below it, the switchboard, and anything awkward about the access.

Anything else we should know optional

We read every one of these ourselves — there's no call centre. In a hurry, call 022 306 1974.

What happens next

We read it and come back with questions only if something's missing.
For installs we book a measure-up. Floor area, ceiling height, glazing and what's open to what — that's what sets the capacity.
You get a fixed quote in writing. Labour, unit, and what's excluded, all on one page.

Why we ask about the floor

An upstairs unit changes the pipe run, the access and sometimes the scaffolding. Knowing it up front is the difference between a quote that holds and one that moves on the day.

Six brands, no stock list

Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, Carrier, Midea and Haier. We're not a single-brand dealer, so the recommendation comes from your room and your budget. See how the six compare.
